As January comes to an end

I can hardly believe that this month has already come to an end. It's seems crazy really how fast the years seem to be going by. It seems only like yesterday that I meet adam, and now it's almost been 5 years............. it only seems like yesterday that i was standing at Mike and Julias wedding, and now they are pastoring in BC and i haven't seen them in like 2 years. Now another Friend is getting married in just a few month time.... It's crazy......... High school has come and long gone away and we are all growing up and moving onto new things and new part of our life.
I just wonder when things are going to slow down a little. There doesn't seen to be much time before God comes back to take us home, and with the time flying as it is... that only gives us a short period of time to tell other about His Love, and want for us to follow him. I guess we just sometimes need to remember that what is past is past and as we look back at what we call the Good ol' days... we also need to look forward and see how much better things can be. Anyway that is just a thought for today....
Hey Mike and Julia, for you i will keep writing for another little while.... Guess we will see what happens.
P.S for this month of February that is just a knocking on our door...we need to take time to seat back and just listen to what God is saying... it may change your tomorrow into something that you never though could happen today.

Soon giving this up.

Well i think it is soon time for me to give this blog up........... no one but julia ever commets so it it not worth the time to come back and check it out. I guess i will keep an eye out for the next little while and if still nothing this will have too be another scatched item on my list.

This is just a short post to remind everyone that it is friday and that means the weekend. It also means the last of christmas and now everything starts to get taken down and put away. Sad story really...... i love all the lights and decorations it make things feel so warm and put a smile on your face. Also i just wanted to tell how crazy the weather is here....... i got up for work this morning and it was -3 degress celcius out.... that's crazy for a winter morning in general and it only kept getting warmer.... i think it may have actually hit +1 at some point, and when i got home tonight at around 11:00pm it was 0.8 degrees out... now seriously we are talking the 4th or January here........ the middle of winter..........in Lab City..... And it's almost (well did a bit) raining. That's PATARDED.......... normal weather for here i would venture to say would be -30 or so if not colder.... i really don't know what we are in for this year but i can say i am loving this weather for now, not having to wear 3 layers of clothes just to go to my car (which has already been warming up for 15 minutes). Anyway time for me to head out....and get some sleep.

Been a While, New in 2007

Well it's definitely been a while now since i last wrote. Had a little trouble last time so i got a little frustrated if you could believe that.
Anyway, Christmas is now coming to and end and we have entered into a new year, 2007 the be exact. It seems crazy that last year has gone so fast, it only seems like yesterday that everyone was home from last year and now they were home again and all heading back this week... that's if they haven't already left yet.
Christmas was good as always. Lots of Family and Friends to spend it with. And just giving and seeing the smiles on ppls faces, that's what Christmas is all about giving to others and celebrating the birth of Jesus.
Lots of things happened this Christmas.... first off we were heading to church Christmas eve night and as soon as me and the Roberts family stepped into the parking lot, the lights all over town went out. The town was black for at least 45 minutes before the first set of lights started coming on, the power went at 6:30 or so i would say and the last houses got there lights back around 9:00... So let just say church was cut short, which was quite disappointing but not much you can do. Also my Best friend Amanda Mouland got Engaged on Christmas eve night.... She was very happy and so was i. She seems to have a great man who loves her very much, I can't wait to meet him and be at there wedding. Other then that things have pretty much been the same. Now all i am doing is trying to catch up on my sleep and get back into some normal patterns again.
Oh yeah one more thing i just bought an elliptical machine, so hopefully in the new year i will be able to slim down for the summer so that i can break out my bikini....lol... that would be a funny site.
